		<description>Good Info and cute.  I have always found some MLS listings to be funny in some way or another and I know that I am not alone  I even thought about starting a collection but who's got that kind of time.  I remember one that has as a feature listed "Wall Phone included", must have been a young realtor or the MLS did not have a code for that kind of fixture?

I also remember meeting a new real estate agent who had to tell me how her listings were moving better then most established realtors in the area.  I asked her how long she had been selling real estate and she told me six months.  So like a fool I could not help but ask "So How Do You Sell So Many Properties?"  and she responded - "I just reduce the price every 30 days like a store would".  I could not tell you if she got very many referrals for her next six months, but I bet that Target would love to have her do their listings!
