I only knew because one of my dogs kept scratching at the corner and growling. Like squirrels, they can chew through insulation, wood etc. and make nests. And they've dug such a large cavity under my patio that I'm concerned it will crack - we've tried to fill it in as much as possible but the little buggers keep coming back. PS- Make that Jessica Beganski 4, Chipmunks 0 - I just caught another. Although the thought has occurred to me that the chipmunks I've moved away are the same chipmunk who keeps walking back to my house...
