Farmington Connecticut Condos Average Sales Price 2000-2008

The average sales price for a typical condominium (2 bedrooms about 1200 sf) in Farmington has dropped to just above 2004 levels. The drop has been most significant in the last few months but prices are still far price levels for previous years.
