		<description>Thanks for sharing, you make some great points. Buyers today have a lot to choose from with all of the inventory ou there. How many properties are priced to be "in the market" not just "on the market"? People will drive by a gas station to save two or three cents per gal. As a seller, if your home is $10,000 or $20,000 over priced you will not even get people to take a look.</description>
