About Jessica Beganski (And my pets)
I’m Jessica Beganski, a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut with RE/MAX Precision Realty.
What do I do?
I find buyers great deals, dream homes and nice places to live. I also help home sellers get top dollar for their homes so they can find their next great deal, dream home or nice place to live.
I’ve lived in CT for most of my life. Recently I moved back to West Hartford but have lived in Plainville, South Windsor, Colchester and Avon.
Before I was a Realtor, I was in corporate marketing and communications for the insurance and accounting industries. When I couldn’t take being behind a desk any longer, I obtained my real estate license because of two things: I firmly believe that owning real estate is a good investment and I’ve always loved houses, architecture and design.
I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I started off as an exclusive buyer’s agent, only representing buyers. While I have an affinity for buyers, I realized my expertise was not whole if I did not also know the listing side of the business. For that reason and some others, I joined RE/MAX in 2007.
I’ve also obtained my Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Graduate of the Realtor Institute designations. I also have the Certified Distressed Property Expert desuination.
I sell homes in the Greater Hartford area: West Hartford, Newington, Wethersfield, New Britain, Farmington & Avon.
Why am I so great? (Really, that’s what this whole page is about…how great I am and why you’d want to hire me.)
I don’t take myself too seriously; however, I’m completely serious about representing my clients and their interests.
I fight for my clients.
I’m honest. Sometimes, you may not want to hear it but I’ll tell you like it is.
I do my homework.
I follow up.
I’m available for you.
I always remember that it’s about you, and not me. You tell me where you want to go and I’ll help get you there.

Meet the Pets
What good is a blog about pets and real estate without pictures of my pets? (Another reason I’m so great.)
Willy - Age 10. Found tied to a dumpster at the CT Humane Society, Willy is the best ”trash” I’ve ever found. He gives hugs, although less so now that he has two bad knees, loves to sit in my lap, defends me and my home against evil squirrels and cats, and even likes to tag along on showings (he stays in the car).
Morgan - Age 10. Morgan is Willy’s best friend. I adopted them at the same time and even though they hadn’t met before, they were like soul-mates. Morgan is a speedy couch potato - happy to sleep all day but then always up for a run around the yard with his stick or Jolly Ball. He’s always happy, except when I’m not adhering to his very firm schedule for meals and play time.
Obie - Age 7. I found Obie on the way to work one day. Although I couldn’t take him home with me then, fate put us together almost a year later when no other family would keep him. Obie is a lot of dog - he’s tall, fast and stubborn. But Obie uses his big ‘ol nose to wiggle himself under your hands so you can’t ignore him and then two seconds later, you’ve got a 70lb baby in your lap. Obie just wants love, a few nice pets and to run around at his favorite place - John Gagnon’s Pet Resort.
